(2) If you are a subscribed member and you fail to make a payment by the due date, then a 7-day grace period will start before cancellation of your subscription.
(3) If you are a subscribed member and your comments, conduct or behaviour is not Christian-like or inappropriate for whatever reason/s (e.g. offensive / insulting posts in the OVC forum or other means), then your subscription will be considered for cancellation with no refund given. As mentioned earlier, refunds are only considered on a case-by-case basis if you have any special reason/s as to why you need a refund.
